The site said my package was delivered to the post office and available for pick up, which is odd because all my packages get delivered to my mail box. I went to the post office to times, and each time they had no package or record that it had made it there. I contacted customer support, and I received no better answer from them.

The meds arrive in a timely fashion, and always intact. The timing for renewals is always accurate and appropriate. Phone messages are promptly answered by staff. Very satisfied.
